YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

How we handle information when you visit this website or ask us about a new custom gaming PC.

Who handles your information?

Orange Banana LTD is responsible for the information you provide for an Orange Banana build enquiry. Contact us at 27 Queen Street, Horbury, Wakefield, WF4 6LP; call 07734 666100; or email info@atcompu-tech.co.uk. This is the inbox used for enquiries from this website. Please mention Orange Banana and privacy in your message.

What the enquiry form collects

The form asks for your name and email address. You can also provide a phone number, budget, screen details, games, build preferences and other requirements. Only your name and email are required. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the free-text fields.

The information you submit is sent through FormSubmit to our enquiry inbox so that we can respond and discuss a possible build. Submitting the form does not place an order, confirm a quote or add you to a marketing mailing list.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry details to answer your questions, understand what you want from a new PC and discuss a potential build. Where you ask us to take steps towards a purchase, this processing is necessary to take those steps before entering a contract. General correspondence and proportionate website security are handled for our legitimate interests in responding to requests and operating the website.

We do not use the enquiry form to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Services involved

These providers may process information outside the UK. Their linked privacy information explains their processing locations and international-transfer arrangements; you can contact us with questions about the services used for your enquiry.

How long information is needed

For enquiries that do not become orders, we keep the correspondence for six months after the last contact, unless it is needed for an unresolved complaint, dispute or legal requirement. If an enquiry becomes an order, related records may also need to be kept to fulfil the order and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your enquiry.

Providers may keep service or security records under their own retention arrangements. FormSubmit’s archive period does not mean that an email already delivered to our inbox is automatically deleted.

Cookies and website features

This website’s own code does not add analytics or advertising trackers, a customer account, or local storage for form submissions. Cloudflare security features and the external form/spam-check services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies. External services and links have their own privacy information. We do not claim that visiting or submitting through those services is cookie-free.

Your choices and rights

You can call instead of using the form. Optional fields can be left blank, though we need enough information to respond usefully.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have limits and exceptions. Contact us using the details above to make a request.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.
